I seem to be getting the same problem as this guy. (http://dreamcatchergames.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=16419)
My game crashes during random level loads (mostly multiplayer games as I haven't done very much single player yet, although it crashed once as well after the opening movie). I can try to load the same levels over again and it will sometimes work. I usually get a lock-up and have to reboot but occasionally I get a clean crash that goes to desktop. The dirty lock ups always end with me staring at a frozen frame of the level right after the loading bar with a looped section of the music.
Radeon 9000 Pro 128 MB 4.4 Catalyst
Sound Blaster Audigy 2 Platinum Latest Drivers
512 MB PC2100 RAM
P4 1.8 GHz
Any help would be appreciated. As you can see the other guy with the same problem has a very different system from me ( different processor and video card brand, onboard audio).
Ah just wanted to add I have so far gotten a missing model error one time when loading a game.
