Press " Ctrl-Alt-Delete " and scroll down the list until you see a listing for the program " srvany.exe " select it by right clicking then select " End Process Tree "
Then PK should load ok with disk #3 in the CD Drive ONLY after you click on the short cut because CD#3 doesn't boot automatically for me anyway..., make sure Clone Cd is deactivated, uninstalled, or what ever!
This is how I finally fixed my problem and I'm posting this with the hope that it might help some of you folks.
