I was just wondering what the Sound DEV's used for the announcer voice and how it was made. I have a few high quality sound tools (Soundforge, Adobe Audiator, etc.) and I was wondering if anyone, hopefully one of the dev's who worked on sound, could guide me in the right direction.. thanks!
