how to extract painkiller pakfiles

Extracting PK textures
I have got it working and will list the steps here:
First go to:
http://multiex.xentax.com/
And download multiex. You need the dlls that come with the install.

Now register yourself at the xentax forum
http://forum.xentax.com/
You need to register before you can see or download files from there.

now go to -> XeNTaX Forum Index -> Game requests

And look for the following file:
painfull.zip

With this program you can extract files from painkiller pak's (thanx Mr.Mouse ! )
There is an explanation of how the program works in the forum.

Textures are in .dds format, you need irvanview with the dss plugin to view them, get them here:

Mr.Mouse is working on a new version so this might all be obsolete any time now : )
