I have been having an incredible experience with Painkiller. I have not enjoyed playing a game this much since Warcraft III. I am also anxiously awaiting the Expansion pack, Battle out of Hell. However, I believe that the most important multiplayer mode, Co-operative, was mistakenly left out.
More and more often, those who play computer games by themselves are the same people who play games in a LAN with other people. I've found that deathmatch style games become boring and repetetive very quickly. Not all that long ago, a new style of play called Cooperative was invented just to make deathmatch style games much more interesting and enjoyable for a longer period of time.
"Multiplayer options are a little sparse. There's no cooperative mode -- which was tremendous fun in Serious Sam"

Serious Sam was one of my favorite games to support Cooperative mode and it brings a whole new meaning to the game. I think DreamCatcher should bring back this mode of play to add another favorite to the list of games to play at a LAN party. Thanks for your time.
