At lv6_12, at the very top of the steel tower clamped to the outside of the Reichstag is a semi-hidden area. When you've climbed that last ladder, look behind you: There's a thick horizontal pipe, and a cross-bar leading to it - though you can jump the gap easily enough. Behind that is all kinds goodies: two first aid kits, two cases shotgun ammo, one case ball ammo.
