No, the ran its' /.blah maintenance routine and found that nothing worthwhile had been said recently ... so it simply deleted it all ;)

Actually, I was in mid reply and suddenly got an 'invalid thread' notice.

They probably got tired of all the people not reading previous posts and learning from them but instead just posting the same premature complaints that had already been posted dozens of times. Really. How many more "why do I have to open my inventory to cast a spell?", "i want to be right handed!", "i can't hit anything!", etc., etc. posts do we need?

when it comes to an internet forum, or a game's forum, there is always going to be someone venting their frustrations, petty or not. they don't want to go find the other forum that would quickly answer there question partly out of laziness, and partly because the problem pisses them off so much...or they just want to fullfill there ego by pointing out how something is beneath them.

any chance this was somekind of hardware/software failure? there was a ton of info posted on here, and there is really no good reason for destroying all that text. i mean ****, i spent hours typing away like a fool only to return a minute ago and find the forums eviscerated.

eviscerated is a pretty nice word *overuse mode engage*.

i hope this forum bug/deletion dus not represent what you can expect frome Dream Catcher in the future of things that would not be a good image to have and with no imediate post frome someone that ses why it hapend or what they plan to do about it is not very professional. in my opinion anyhow ;)

Yeah - we needed to clean-up the forums because of storage issues. DLords wasn't supposed to be touched but someone messed up here... sorry everyone.
