How do you save in multiplayer?

How do you import single player characters into a multiplayer game?

Can't do that in the demo but will be implented in the game.

I know that 'multiplayer saves' works in the real game, but how about using Single Player characters in MP? What have we heard?

I'm pretty sure that you can import ur SP Character into a MP Game, but I doubt its gonna work the other way around
