Is it possible to get the card and all the secrets and still fin in 20. I can't do it

....of the gold, but only if you use Mercy, Triple Haste, Double Time Bonus, and Rage, as well as possibly another silver card.

The thing you have to do really, is skip the Holy on the ledge of the Guns R Us building, and go just for the first one by the barrels, after hopping along the outer ledge, then get the one behind the 2 cars in the closed parking building, then if you've managed you're time well, you just might have enough time to get the last one up by the fire escape, after level end opens. I recommend using the PK to quickly move the wheel from the truck that falls down to get onto the green shed, then the fire escape.

Remember to quicksave immediately after killing a spider and clearing an area, and replay it after you know exactly how you want to proceed from there, so you waste no time in getting any health, armor, etc, before heading to the next checkpoint.

One thing that is very important too, only destroy objects as you're waiting for monsters to spawn or come to you, when you have a bit of lull in the action and time to pick up the gold. You really can't make an extraciricular effort out of it, it has to be timed during gameplay, and you must keep trying to look around for the next monsters constantly to kill them and spawn the next ones.

there are quick methods of killing the monsters that not only are effective in ridding them, but can net you some quick extra gold for the gib effect produced. Circling around a bit, and waiting 'till there's a group of them coming at you, and using grenades or heater (Bolt gun explosives), can do this well. It also may break objects nearby too, which speeds up that process as well.

The flying monsters are best taken out by waiting 'til 1 or 2 of them are very near and stop to hover, with others nearby folowing, then quicksave. Equip your flamethrower or Electro, and hose them as they hover near you in a group. If you don't like how effectively it played out, replay the save.

Another thing some people don't realize or care about apparently, is that in going for the card AND as much gold/holys as possible, means using more cards to maximize your killing power, and minimize your time. That also means spending more money on cards, so it becomes a bit of a decision to either spend alot on cards, and hope you can squeeze in X amount of Holys/gold, or spend nothing on cards, as I did once, and still got 2 Holys, and a little over $100 gold.

I may have only gotten a bit over $300 gold on that effort, but I saved quite a bit by not using the cards, a very worthwhile tradeoff IMO, and I still completed the objective. The amount you would spend after getting the 50% refund for the cards that I mentioned above, would be $1650. So I like to think I really made close to $2000, if you look at it that way.

You can run for tarot at first and then for the secrets in a second run.

Thanks for the help will give both a try. I so love this game its almost as demented as I. Those nurses in the lab remind me of some of my old . well lets not go there. Was laughing so hard I coudn't shoot! Perhaps you should refresh my memory on doing second run so I don't muck it up?
