Sorry if this has been mentioned, however I'm not getting that many sound effects when I play the demo. When hitting an enemy or anything, it's just dead silent. Also, enemies do not make any noises attacking me except a sort of deep "swoosh" wobble noise which isn't very good. I also get general, mundane walking sounds when moving the character. Have a lot of the sound effects been removed from the demo because of space considerations? Just wondering.

There appears to be a tremendous amount of potential here, but I wanted to check to see what was up with the sounds.

By the way, I still get the background music at the beginning of the game.

Thanks for the info, that's excellent to hear. I didn't have much time earlier on to read all through the forum, and I apologize for bringing up what appears to be an old issue.

I finished the 'Wizards and Warriors' game a few months ago from the same company, and loved it. Putting aside all of the technical issues that the demo will fix, the only real beef I would have with gameplay so far would be the way you're thrown into combat within a fraction of a second in the middle of nowhere without any communication with anyone. Could just be the setup to show how things work, but I didn't think that would be an optimal choice for an RPG. It had a real 'Dungeon Siege' beginning feel to it rather than a more solid start I suppose, to me anyway.

Maybe you'll begin laying in a bed inside of a house or small shack recovering from a wound while being watched over by someone or something in the shipped game, I don't know. At least that would start communication and purpose. Just an idea. :)
