Can't load enclave level

The loading indicator / bar zips up to the top instantly and then the game hangs.

-I have all the patches
Do I have to do a reinstall?
Where are the save files so I can copy them?

There is no fix for that saved point, you have to delete it. Keep going back to the previous saved points until one loads or just restart the whole level.

What are your computer specs? If they aren´t that awesome, you should try lowering video settings. (if they´re set to the higher quality levels)

Or if you patched up before loading Enclave, downgrading might fix it if this is a savegame issue.

Otherwice, I don´t know what might be wrong except try restart the level few times, reInstall the game or update video drivers.

Also, Enclave loading-time is ver long (on the not-so-extreme-fast pc's).

I run PK on all types of machines (very fast, and even slower pc's). But the loadingbar goes up very fast on all, but it takes very long to enter the level.

It takes 10 - 15 secs. to load for me. And when the textures and other files have been decompressed from the PAKs to memory, it loads in 2 - 5 seconds next times.
