I`m trying to spectate a multiplayer game, but i must fill in a password. I don`t know which password to fill in. Can anyone help me?

Well, if you have to enter a password when you're trying to connect to a certain server, then it is some sort of private server. Some clans and also community sites etc. have their own servers, and they only allow their own members to play on these. You can get those passwords if you are part of their community through e-mail or in IRC or in a member area on their website. Of course there are also servers that are really private. That means, passwords to these servers are only given away to close friends for example. I think that makes clear that there isn't THE password for multiplayer. Every server owner can use his own password to protect access of course.
You won't get any password here in this forum (in public), but if you tell us which server you want to connect to, maybe someone knows about where to get it.
