This would normally be a game I'd rush out and buy on the release date. However, after playing the demo, I might hold off for a bit. This isn't bashing the game... a demo is a demo, often times VAST improvements are made before the game ships. I hope that will be the case here. It looks like a good game.
My waiting for reviews is not only to see if they've improved things, but also because I'm stuck knee deep in World of Warcraft and Untold Legends on the PSP. That buys me some ability to wait for reviews. If I wasn't playing anything right now, this is a definite release-date purchase. :)
