Silly Bloodjudgment and Doogues were worshipped when they got 666 posts...

Now Bloodjudgment has disapeared to somewhere (where?), and Doogues hasn't been heard from... I thought I'd hear him explode when he sees his faq's are not up right now...

I've contacted him for a link to an alternate location, or an altogether update to the FAQs. It was just getting a little too confusing in the sticky section... let me know if he swings by...

Blood has become more interested in other stuff..

Judgment turned into a Tetris fan if I am not mistaken, as for Doogue' Goobe' he still checks the forums but now he's more interested in games such as Doom 3.

And well... It all started with the apparant board change. People got all whimpery and crybabyish, wouldn't shut up about it and then people started to pack up and go.

Well i don't think it hurt the fourms too much consider that 90% of the people that left were noobs anyway and the other 10 were people that have been on here for awhile. actually i don't think it was that bad we just lost lots of people therefore we had less activity. So really we didn't lose that much.

Well i don't think it hurt the fourms too much consider that 90% of the people that left were noobs anyway and the other 10 were people that have been on here for awhile. actually i don't think it was that bad we just lost lots of people therefore we had less activity. So really we didn't lose that much.
The forums were way better a few months ago, faster replies, better community, decent forum layout, etc.
It's just not the same, then again, bitching won't bring the old forums back.

She's really proud of herself, partly for being the youngest black belt in her dojo (she's 13), but mostly for being a second-generation black belt (I hold a second-degree black in Shotokan).

Psheh, I lost some interest in karate when these kids from one of the class were performing at our school with fake boards. They split the boards in half, and glued them back together so they would break easily...

I felt like... "Wow..." and it really became fake when a kid just walks in to perform breaking one of the boards, and he slaps the board... Slaps it.. And it snaps directly in half... Again, I thought "Wow. . ."

Both of us are into the mental discipline and the physical training derived from studying the art - NOT the theoretical ability to mop the floor with some fool. Having said that, some guy tried to start something w/her at school last year ("You study karate, but I bet I can still kick your butt"). He started it, she finished it...

- edit - forgot to mention that she's training in the adult classes, where half of them are afraid of her. She's 13...:D
