How much mana do I have? [Archive]

How do I find out how much mana I have? I'm a warrior, but do have some skills in magic. I have lvl 5 celestial spell crystal of life. It just beeps when I try to cast it. Didn't know if it's cause I don't have enough mana or what. I got my celestial skill up to 6 and that didn't do it. So I've been raising my INT (up to 60 now) and still can't cast it. If it's the same ratio as HP, gonna need an int of about 95 to cast it. Don't see that happening hehe. Anyone know? Thanks

ROFL 60 int?!? I don't even think I have that as my Thrall mage yet ;) bwahah. Anyhow I don't mean to poke fun or anything, but yeah I thought that was a healing spell also. Just remember talking to the Celestine and she mentions it will revive you, right? That's all it's for, it is the spell you use to hit the R key and revive. It's NOT Celestial healing, you need to train in celestial magic and buy that from the Temple I'd assume, if they sell it. Or perhaps the one in Arindale sells to you if you're an Adept, I'm not sure.

There is no overall "mana" though, just each crystal celestial spell has its own mana base from what I gather. I don't know EXACTLY since I'm a Thrall mage and use arcane/nether magic, but that is what it sounds like. Arcane magic is memorized spells and they come back over time, faster when you camp. Nether magic is based purely on how many reagents you have, then you ready each spell type. Not sure how rune magic works, I have 3 and can't use them, guessing you need to find the right combos somewhere. Rune magic does look sweet though from the descriptions in the back of the manual.

Btw here's some nether combos, you can do these at any time if you have the right reagents, nothing is needed. Though you can find them also, as some are more complicated.

Snake skin + spider yolk + rat tails

Ochre pollen + Grinnich Weed + bat wings

Vulture beak + black orchid + putrid flesh

Scorpion tail + snake skin

grinnich weed + deadmans hair + rat tail

putrid flesh + wyrm stuff(whatever it's called) + blood nectre

Ochre pollen + mandrake root + snake skin + grinnich weed

Bone dust + deadmans hair + raven claw

mordris stuff? + bonedust + blood nectre + soul stone

ophelia root + ochre pollen + bat wing + scorpion tail

bone dust + rat tail

I have blade of baal also but I forgot what it is, I know it requires diamond dust and a demons horn though (haven't seen any diamond dust yet.)
