Arindale Apothecary?

Where the heck is it? I've been running around in the dark (thank you, Arindale Inn, for not having a single bed or working fireplace) trying to find it for at least half an hour. I found the inn, the temple, the House of Lords, the Hall of Weapons, the House of the Tiger, and the weird tower. I've been finding my way from building to building by following the little 'street lights' and running around at random when that doesn't work. Getting bored with running around in circles finding wolves.

You can find it as the most northern building without any way lights leading to it, just go north on the west side of the river and you will find it.
