Campsite west of Fargrove

I am currently doing the Arindale quests and am locked out of Fargrove. Being a mage I *really* need a working campsite/hearth to recharge at. Obviously Arindale inn is out atm, has anyone found anywhere with a working "rest stop" west of Fargrove?

There is a campsite outside Arindale, but its some ways out. Hard to get to without a good deal of random encounters.
Anyways, go south from the apotechary in Arindale and follow the mountainrange , will take you 3-5 minutes to get there.

there's a campsite right across from the apothacary....go north out of the apothacary and drop down the little hill, then turn east and go across the river. the campsite is 10 seconds northish east behind a hill.
