I kinda liked the demo. I even played multiplayer on LAN at home with a friend and he really liked it too. Now, tell me why I wouldn't like the full game? I am about to go buy it right now.
I enjoyed Wizards and Warriors even though it was hard to make it run properly on my system at the time. On my newer machine it won't run at all. :(

I liked the demo, and the game is just that much better. Personally, I think this is the greatest RPG ever. I now I'll get flammed for that, but oh well.
There are some glitches to work around, but the actual game rocks. Its old school RPG.

I enjoyed the demo, and enjoying the full game. However, I am very early in the game (just made it to Fargrove and tackled an early quest). Despite this, I'm reluctantly going to shelve the game until its run its course with patches. I want to enjoy a finished game.

I would reccomend buying the game. The complaints you might have-and have probally noticed are:
-there is no automap (a very pretty one is included with the game, but it is actually on paper)
-"I am confused!" I am often saying this, because I do not know where to go/what to do. However there are many posts on the forums as how to get by.
I just realized-this post was pointless. Ya'know why?
you've already bought the game by now

Yeah ... I can understand posting the true glitches, but I'm seeing a lot of people RANT about "bugs!" when really it's their own fault for giving up to easily and not being able to follow through on quests. Those aren't bugs, kids...
... it's the enivitable consequence of people buying and playing mindless linears like dungeon seige... if it's not handed to them on a silver platter, they get angry at the game... *sigh*

Yep i have to agree there, I've managed to get lost once, and only because I chose to wander off into the wilderness and adventure a bit, frankly the game is buggy, but they are I hope repairable bugs like the having time to make tea whilst the game loads an inn with 2 npc's and little else, i wont list what has already been listed because I'm not interested in trolling/flaming or inciting others to do so. On the positive side a patch has not only been promised it looks like it might well be as early as the next few days which would be pretty good as far as I'm concerned having only just acquired the game. (Although I might add that beefing up the quest log would be nice) my desktop is rapidly filling up with post-it notes everywhere :p

The little kids... who are now college kids... who either enjoy dominance or that english 102 was enough that they can create a letter of complaint to a publishing company... or... they just didn't get their cookie!
*chuckles*
Completely agree about the game being very fun! People don't adapt anymore.. they expect the game, the enviroment, LIFE to adapt to them...

Bought it, just like the demo it's good. However the same problems that were suppose to be fixed by release date are not. No biggie, I'll just wait for the patch.
My screen is flickering really bad when in the menus, then in-game it's flashes black once in a while! ATI 9600 PRO with latest OMEGA drivers.

I will rise to the bait on this long enough to tell you that a) I'm 40 years old, and b) only a part of my letter/petition addressed the game's issues. The major message of the letter was "release now, patch later" is no longer acceptable to me, or others.
I admit to going a bit overboard in my criticism of the game, and have since stopped, and will wait for the patch(es). But I find your insulting treatment of everyone as "kids" a bit much. Until you know/ask, you have no clue how old anyone is, so to talk down to everyone and treat them as if they were kids is just wrong.

Michael

:D Yes and to say most complaints are meaningless and no "REAL" problems exist  Several game stopping bugs exists, I couldn't care less about the map/appearance being fixed I'd rather the 20 some other more relevant bugs be fixed. But yes I'd recommend buying it but just wait for patch(es) to come out (it might even be cheaper by then).

Right -- fix the bugs.
But please ignore the whiners who don't know that RPG quests are *SUPPOSED* to be difficult. :D
