Bemused in the sewers

Hi All,
I've been lurking on this forum for a while now, and have just got the game. I notice that a lot of people seem to have got quite far in the game. I'm still in the basement areas at Fargrove and have a question.....
I don't like leaving areas part done, and haven't seen any posts concerning this, but, does anyone know how to open the three doors that say 'item required' in the sewers? do they open later in the game, or am I missing something bloody obvious? If anyone can help, I'd be eternally grateful. couldn't open them in the demo, so I figured I'd wait and open them in the full game - no dice, **** it!

Please put me out of my misery, where is this mystrious key, is it the skull key you pick up near the end of the demo, 'cause that didn't seem to work then. You would make an old man very happy if you could be a bit more specific :)

If you go left before crossing the drawbridge that had a goblin ballista on the far side, you get to a room with a small stream through the middle. Jump into the stream, go underwater and to the right, you will see a small hole under the water. Swim through that, get out and there will be the key in question next to a chest.

BIG thankyou! I can't believe I never tried that myself, not thinking straight, again, thanks for putting me out of my misery. I shall berate myself for hours over this one!

I was having problems finding that key too! Unfortunately, I still am!!!

After going to the room with the chest near the sewer bridge, it wasn't there. I even opened the level four chest to see if it was in there; no dice. I've run around the room pressing "Shift" until my pinky was sore, After checking my inventory, I still only had the sewer key and the sewer bridge key. Still I went back to the elevator shaft, went up, and couldn't open and of the doors.

Any thoughts? Any one? PLEASE??
