I gone to Arindale and into the house of the tiger, and the helmet they sell there is bugged. The imperial style helmet, not the samurai or the straw hat. The helmet model wont come off of my guy's head. So I can equip another helmet and it'll show 2 helmets on him.

I noticed the same thing with the samurai helmet, the thing was I really liked that helmet and kept it on for a long time. Then I got another helmet switched it out and when I exited Vartuu's the helmet bug was gone. Werid!
