Can't get out of the Emmindor's tower!

ok I talked to Emmindor and Volgar attacked used the horn but now the elevater wont take me down. I ran all around the room looking for something to push, tried just stepping on it, jumping on it ect. The only thing that shows i can enteract with is Emmindor himself.

reload the game before volgar arrived and try it again, the elevator should go down.

If you don't have a close save game try running through all the dialogue options with Emminor again.
