Need help finding the Arc of the Unholy

Says it is in the Vale of Ruin but I've combed it everywhere except the bottom of the druid dungeon.

It says it is in the valley, not in the dungeon, so if anyone knows the general direction from the moongate I'd appreciate it.

southern part of the vale on the little island surrounded by water. its the only distinctive area in the vale on the paper map included with the game

if you look at the map the game came with, at the bottom of the vale there is an island thats where the arch thing is to place the blood vial. I believe this is what you were looking for.
