also when the game starts, sometimes its screwed up and u cant move and theres crazy lag, etc

Make sure you HAVE ALL Antivirus or Antispyware disabled. I had that problem before now it runs smooth....

If you use WIndws XP, Service Pack 2 make sure the firewall is off

Might be right, because mine is off and I don't have that problem :)
