Been trying to get out of Fargrove sewers...any advice??? Found key...but ways out are blocked! is there a lever for the elevator? where?

Look for the lever next to the other elevator in that area.

We can't find the lever...where exactly is it...is it in a chest??? please help

just like DrummerIX said, a lever is leaning against a wall (in the corner) next to the other elevator on that same level.
