Where i can find the Lord when he says, follow me..? i've get back to the place we pt the Shadow Sword in he's hand, and activate the Rune, but after that hot i go out this place?

Ok Now i need to find the last rune but i don't know where to find it, there'S a portal that i enter and another one is facing it, enter and it always make me back to this place with same portal facing me
