How can you defeat dragons???

I have to retrieve a dragon egg for the house of the dragon but those beasts are to strong.

Just run, run into the nest get the egg and run away. I only fought dragons when I had an ice sword to freeze them.

Well I was lucky enough to find a winter dagger, so far it's the coolest weapon I've found as it freezes your opponent when you stab them. So now all I have to do is survive long enough to get close to the dragons and keep stabbing till it's dead. Otherwise my best advice is to keep dodging the fireballs and shoot it with a bow. It'll take a long time but it works.

Can somebody tell me where these dragons are? Im searching through this **** forest and cant find anything :(

To find the dragons, travel straight north through Arindale, past the Apothicary shop. As soon as you drop down the hill past the shop turn and travel west. Here there be dragons!

You had better stock up on the greater healing potions before you do this. About the only approach is to stand on the egg and the momma dragon gets really pissed when you do this. It is not real easy to get up the little hills so that you can get into a nest AND there is at least one spot where you fall into a hole and can not get out unless one of the dragons blasts you out. Oh yeah, the dragon breath is like a punch....it pushes you around pretty good.

I ran around swallowing GH pots and trying to climb the hills for quite a while. Once you get up to the nest level try to pick one that has a dragon off of it. I made the mistake of running into a nest with 2 neighbors on either side and I died faster than I could heal. Got the egg after I revived and almost died before I could get out of the nest again. Head North and put the pedal to the metal.

After all of this effort I was rewarded with new heraldry. I was hoping for a level 1 or level 2 class addition but I have done fighter/knight so I suppose I won't have the ninja path available to me.

Sorry but they are almost the easiest monster of the game lol, just have to turn in round and hit him when he finish to flame you... and repeat

The easiest way to kill a Fire Drake is to have a bunch of ice magic and ice weapons along with Fire Ward spells. Also, some offensive spells like Zap or Stone Shards.

However, if you are a weak character, the easiest way to defeat a Fire Drake is to get the dragon to follow you until it is bound up by some obsticales (trees, rocks, etc...) then dodge his flame breath by just slightly moving from left to right and shooting or throwing missile weapons at it. This will take a long time, but it will work; just make sure you time your side to side move at the right time...oh, and make sure that you are only trying to fight one Fire Drake at a time.
