Where can I buy/get the Ressurection spell/scroll?

The problem though is that you still have the same resurrection penalties as without the resurrection spell. I died with a scroll of resurrect and even clicked on the scroll to come back to life. Well I still lost the XP and a stat point somewhere. This did happen when playing multiplayer though, so for single player I am not sure. I'll have to test this more, but as it looks they are useless right now anyway.
Sometimes you find them off enemies.
