2.When I put the horn , then go back to the first city , and safe the king , but
no log to me , i should go to where

3.Travel to the Forbidden Lands south of Skuldoon....
but they say I can`t pass , I don`t know how to do

I can understand the first question. The other two, I'm not sure because I haven't done the Enchanted Lands yet. In other threads in the General Forum, some people have discussed it.

You'll have to do the Elven Trials first. Then the rest of the plot is revealed.

Before you can talk with Vartugg, the guy in Skuldoon, you have to talk with MARA at Harrow Ruins (see your map for details), she will give you a letter for the king of skulldoon. When you talk with him, he will give you a quest for the Sagathian Moors.

1) After the woman kills her husband, go to the House of Lords and talk to the guards, the story progresses from there.
