Hey - this one is annotated ... this is *not* useless, it is what you *should* see when you press 'M' in the city.

M key for map does *not* work - it is not implemented yet.
By pressing 'esc' or 'C' or 'E' you can pause battles but not time, which allows you to heal and spells to recharge, but also more monsters to spawn.

But it will only pause in Single player. In MP it won't.
when i was working out the locations of shops and places of note on the map that is in the game directory i noticed some differences in a few things. (this was before anyone posted a link to it on the forums).
there's some major changes with the north eastern and east side of the town.
the theatre path leads south then west into the garrison section and does not lead at all into the other areas of the town as it may seem on the map.
Mr Gibbs is where the south town gate is indicated on the map and the south town gate is right near where the Argus Arms is located.
the area where the Troll and the Seer are located are roughly where the house of dragon is shown and the house of dragon are around the corner roughly in the black area to the right of where the house of dragon is indicated on the map.
the mage guild is straight up the path from where it is named on the map. it's quite different as it really feels like it should be where the theatre is indicated, but it's not :p
good thing though that the town doesn't have much in it in the way of shops and places of interest. it only takes a couple of tours around the block before you get to know the way and don't need a map to find out where things are ;)
