You need to have the key to get into the lower dungeons - hope you can swim well

I'm now in a place that I have to swim along, there was a treasure chest underwater but seems don't contain any key.
the destiny looks like a tunnel but was blocked by gate, is there anyway to open it?

in the other route, I got to the lift, but I found I don't have the key to open the gates in the chamber that the lift leads to. where can I find the key?

Have you killed both the Fathien Lords upstairs? There are two of them. One drops the general house key (which it seems you have) and the other drops the tomb key.

Although the sewers in Fathien Keep (Ulm) are fairly large, there are 2 seperate Entries which are blocked off from each other.

You may also want to try swimming under the water to see if it's available to swim underneath it.

I'm stuck at this same point and the responses after this I don't think I understand the responses to this. I have read several other threads with no apparent answer to this.

There's a large room with a bunch of pillars I had to jump on to get to the other side to rescue the son. No problem there. However, if I go down to the bottom of that room underwater there is a chest and then if you swim under the grate you swim to a small room where you can climb onto the small platform leading to a hallway. However, the hallway is blocked by a grate which does not say "Lock" or anything I can interact with.

I have both Fathien keys but there does not appear to be a way past this grate.

How can I get past this grate?

I can't continue until I can get past this part. For clarification, I have not gone down the elevator yet.

There is a way around the locked gate. There is an underwater tunnel just at the beginning of that lane to the locked gates. Make sure you have potions because it is a long swim.

The other way is to find the levers that open the gates. One lever is in a secret room that is open by a loose brick. (the room is on the path to the left just as you come down the lift) The other lever can be found underwater, as you are taking the underground tunnel as described above.

I finally arrived a secret room that there is a chair that can be transport in or out of the room by a lever, do you mean there is a loose brick in this room?

and I found a room there are 4 small levers, what are these levers for?
