I played pretty far before i realized how importat it is to choose the right "way". In my previous game i took everything possible. I was monk, knight, adept, fighter..... no good...
Now i have decided to start a new game and become "Samurai". Can some friendly soul help me describe the way to go?

I believe the guy who gives you a quest to become a samurai is in the first town when you first come out of the first dungeon. I don't remember where exactly but its a big red building that looks like something out of old school japan. Something about a dragon. He wants you to go to a dragon roost and get some dragon eggs I think.

you need fighter as one of your tier 1 classes for samurai. and you can't choose a tier 2 class from the fighters guild

This is how i became a samurai

I first got a char that was a fighter ofcourse. I went to "The way of the dragon"
In Fargrove and spoke to him, and told him i wanted to learn the way of the dragon, he told me to travel to Arindale and west of the village find the breeding grounds for the dragons, and steal their egg. Then bring it to "The way of the tiger" in Arindale.

After i got the egg i went to "The way of the tiger" and spoke to the person there, when i gave him the egg i got to choose if i wanted to be an Imperial or an Samurai, i choose samurai. He then told me that to become an samurai i hade to travel back towards Fargrove and find some evil Samurai camped out in the woods and kill him. I went looking for him equipped with my new leathal samurai gear and found him after a LOOOOONG search. I killed him and went back to "The way of the tiger" in Arindale and he rewarded me the class Samurai and a Sign of my choice.

Hope this helps you!

an easy way to find the roinn samuri is start at Fargrove. follow the mountains to the left (south), and he should be at the first fire.
