Guild of mages, Rianne The Wiccan > Staff of scorching

Hey all, just wondered if anyone can tell me where to find Rianne The Wiccan for the Guild Of Mages first quest to delive the staff of scorching.. i forgot where the mage said it would be, and now i cant get back into Fargrove anymore..

Would appriciate it alot.

She's up at the very North end of Devil's Marsh.

She is in the Devil's Marsh - which is on the way to Bolen Fields ... head west from Fargrove, take your first right, and after the shrine there will be a fork, head right, and once in the swamp you head almost north until you come to the lone house.

mage works well as a 2nd class on a warrior.

i think everyone ends up with some sort of fighter/mage combo

I am Mage / Adept / Sorcerer / Enchantress, and plan a Warlock level 3. I am very much enjoying it - my resistances are high, I hit everything, I have a bunch of decent spells, so I'm getting through pretty well.

Here is a rhetorical question - why is it I take more damage from a bunch of bees or bats than from a Chunneler or that bear-like thing?

I would say Fighter/Mage is definately one of the easier combo's.

However if you are looking for a challenge, try thief/dojo combo, either way the 3rd Tier Hierarchy for either one can be hard.
