More details m8... do you mean in the first section prior to entrance to Fargrove or Castle ulm?
Ok after seeing your other post, I know where you are. In the section where you are now, if you search around you will find another platform with an attached lever the platform however doesnt move, the broken lever handle is right by the side of it, leaning against the wall :) .
