Anyone find this game just plain boring??

At first it was fun but then you start to see the same enemies over and over and all the freakin forest area looks the same pretty much. There could have been so much more organic design and life around. No birds..just stupid bats. No animals that aren't hostile. Looks like they just used the forest paint brush and dabbed it all over the map. Where's the excitement in these lands? Where do all the robbers come from? Scorpions in the middle of the forest?

And this is after dealing with all the bugs. Just seems so **** plain and boring to me after playing an hour or so.

I think that the world is not very exciting. Boring. Forests, swamps, cities could be more interesting.

But dungeons are quite nice. A lot of interesting things can be found there.

The terrain could be a little more varied. Heck, you get more permutations with Bryce 3D.

I think they also could've done with a little more monster variety. At least make them different colors. I get sick of slaughtering snakes, bats, goblins and scorpions that look the same but just have different hit point values. They could've had a few cows and chickens scattered about, like other games of the same variety. You could kill them for meat if you wanted to, but they wouldn't attack.
