key code not working nomore

i got enigma early this year and i got new game so i uninstalled it .now i wanna install it back and its tell me wrong key..does this mean i got to dish out even more money for new code to play a game that i already paid for once?

lol yeah ofcourse you do, didnt you know thats how all new games are? once you uninstall it then your cd-key becomes invalid :D j/k

You are probably using the wrong cd-key, remember there is 2 for E:RT. :)

I think I'm missing one... I'm trying to reinstall this game for my son (rebuilt pc after hdd died). I've got the CD with original case, the instructions that were in the CD case, and a voice command card. The only key code I see is the multiplayer one on the back of the CD case, and it's not working. If there's another code, where is it?

Dude....I just got a Dell. Sorry...had to say it. In any cae it's the same with me. I type in the keycode on the back of the jewel case and it tells me the code doesn't match. I don't have the little instruction booklet and the box is long gone. So i'm in limbo here. If it's any help, I have what I believe is the retail version. You know, the one you pick up at Walmart for $20.00 or so.
Any suggestions?

On another note....when alot seems to be occurring in the game (you know, ships steaming towards you firing, subs shooting off torpedos and planes swooping in (in general..chaos), the game suddenly crashes. Am I missing patches and if so are there different patches for the retail version versus the gold edition.

The keycode on the backside IS NOT the game CD-Key.
The key there is for 30 days free Multiplayer (when it has been completed (No ETA sorry)).

The actual CDKey came on a snippet of paper (Something that Dreamcatcher wanted to have added last minute before the cds were shipped to retail).
The CDKey is generic and looks like this:

If you havent installed the US214->Gold patch you should download that.. www.filefront.com / www.3dgamers.com please not that if you have other patches installed you will need to un/reinstall Enigma:RT.

Ensure your sound and videocard are using the latest available drivers, take control over your page/swapfile and lower your sound hardware acceleration is some of the things you can try to avoid crashes.
