All right I already have PK and PKBOOH. I'm thinking of updating to 1.64 but I notice there's the editor, 1.61 and 1.62.
Is this the right order to go

No, this is NOT ok!
The standalone editor patch is for version 1.35! So if you install it after installing booh, you actually downgrade parts of your game from 1.5 to 1.35. While that may be fixed again when you upgrade to 1.61 (and 1.62, 1.64 afterwards), it's surely not intended to do so. Leave out the editor step and you're ok:

1.61
1.62
1.64
The editor is included in these patches.

My bad, I thought he was talking about installing BooH(which comes with the editor if I am not mistaken) and then applying the patches.

1.5 (BOOH retail) or 1.61 (Painkiller).
