I couldn't get World of Warcraft to work even after about 20 hours of trying. It would crash with a filename error (one of a few different filenames). I tried uninstalling about a dozen times (it takes almost an hour to install!), swapped disks, doubled system memory, ran tests, etc. Then I did a search on their forum for the problem and found that there were a ton of people having the same problem with no resolution and I finally gave up. That was about 20 hours of my life wasted and considering most of my time is work and other chores 20 hours is a lot. I'm not suggesting WoW is buggy -- apparently many thousands of people get it to work fine -- but I am saying that their customer support was extremely disappointing in that I could have saved my time.
By the way, I finished Dungeon Lords and enjoyed it a whole lot. Just goes to show you different strokes for different folks.

I havnt gave up on Dungeon Lords yet. I only played through the first town then quit due to a few reasons I wont get into. Im waiting for the 1.2 patch. If 1.2 stinks, then I calls it quits.

I'm not sure when you had this problem. Was it recently or was it when WoW was just released? I reformatted my hard drive and did a complete reinstall of all my programs last week (just something I do every once in a while) and I have not had any problems with WoW. It's probably your computer or something set wrong in the BIOS causing the problem.
Also, if it's taking you almost an hour to install it then you have a really old computer and that's probably one of your problems.
