I have discovered how to customize your Dungeon Lords character to be exactly the way you want him/her to look. I have made this step-by-step guide to make the process easy to follow.
1 - Get your idea down on a piece of paper. Draw in all the details you would like to see on your character.
2 - Carefully cut along the outline of your character drawing.
3 - use Scotch tape to affix your new, customized character to the center of your screen.
4 - Enjoy playing the game with your character looking exactly the way you wanted him/her to look.

always wanted to play as yoda :D
How about posting a picture of Strawberry Shortcake on your screen. She carries a two-handed mace with a massive strawberry on the top. Pure Evil if you ask me...

I want my rogue to look like Darth Vader. I'll tape an action figure to the screen, move his arms and legs around from time to time, and it will still be in 3D.

...per Patch's excellent customization instructions I designed my new character...
...then I took a popcycle stick to which I afixed a length of dental floss to one end (A). The other end (B) I super-glued to the top of my monitor so that end (A) of my Character Regulating Activation Popcycle extended over themonitor.
Then I inserted one end of dental floss through my Dungeon Lords Action Figure's head.
Two adjacent lengths of floss afix to either arm...and by manipulating the auxillary arm floss I can turn my figure, simulating a Virtual Reality character by employing my revolutionary Super Hyper Interactive Technology...

I also followed the instructions given by Patch. I even went as far as cutting out and pasting on a picture of Angelina Jolie, to the scantily clad woman I drew. My drawing sucks, but I really liked the idea that I could customize my character exactly the way I wanted it to be...and the way it was advertized.
Thanks Patch for the creative insight.
