I play Dungeon Lords. It may be hard to play the game again after the patch is ready though. I don't play many games more than once. Except true classics like Fallout, NWN, Civ 3, etc.

For those who like playing Civilization_3.... I recommend playing Dominions_2.
Here's a list of ways Dominions_2 is better than Civilization_3:
A) It provides more of a real feeling that you control an actual army... play and you'll see.
B) It provides an actual battlefield where it's possible for thousands of units clash in battle.
C) You can choose how different sections of armies will fight before going into battle.
D) Commanders of armies can equip items making them more effective
E) It's a turn-based fantasy game with about 300 magic spells.
F) Stealthy armies can strike deep in enemy territory
G) Assassination units can attempt to kill enemy commanders or your commanders

There's more but I want the post to be short. The only advantage Civilization_3 has over Dominions_2 is better diplomacy.

For those who like playing Civilization_3.... I recommend playing Dominions_2.
Here's a list of ways Dominions_2 is better than Civilization_3:

I'd concur w/ NTJedi's comments on Dominions, however w/ the following provisos:

1) Dominions is really MP from the ground up. This has resulted in it being a far superior MP game over Civ, but Civ is probably better as an SP game . (I guess there are some players who enjoy Dominions as SP, but if you look at their boards, you can tell that there is a much stronger MP trend than in most comparable games.)

2) Dominions is fantasy based, while Civ is not, so whether you like the fantasy genre combined w/ strategy will affect whether you like it or not.

At the end of the day, I'd have to say that Dominions II is about the best MP turn based strategy game around (and I've played a heck of a lot of 'em!).
