well maybe i expected too mutch ,but this is all they got done in this amount of time ?i mean most of the stuff listed is just simple scripting that can be done in a few hours what did they do since the release, are they playing guild wars or wow?no wonder the game is in is current state if everything they do takes so long .where is the char customisation and the not working spells and skills and the other stuff and fixes?when can we expect the game to be final ? in another 5 years?
First of all, I must say that these fixes HP/DC did can not be done within a few hours. You obviously do not know programming. I am not happy about some of the the items that were not fixed either and I doubt there will be a 1.4 patch funded by DC. DC is the one that decides what is to be patched. Sad, if you ask me. We can only hope now. From what I see in the patch, this may not hurt our old save games I am guessing.

It should not affect your saved games at all!

Well all I can really say about further patches and fixing what "NEEDS" to be fixed is that unless they release what they promised on the Dungeon Lords box in a patch in the near future I can see a nice big class action lawsuit headed their way. Not to rant but no company should use business ethics like this fiasco. It's a shame. However I wait patiently hoping someone at Dreamcatcher will get the ball rolling before the companys reputation is pounded in the dirt anymore. :(

I told you guys weeks ago we wouldn't get much in the way of patches.
Based upon their past performance...or should I say lack thereof...this is about what I expected.

I wonder if they will open an "I want my money back" forum?

Yea you're probably right. I'm just very dissapointed. I've never seen such bad ethics. I'll stop ranting now and just wait calmly again.

While I am grateful for what's there, I have to ask - what the **** have they been doing with their time? The fixes listed do not seem to justify the time taken to bring this patch out. No wonder the game took 4-5 years to reach shelves.
I'll play and see what's what, but I'm still hugely disappointed in how this game turned out.
Regards,
Michael

You know what it looks like ? As if some completely new team was programming this patch. If you know anything about programming, you know how hard it can be to repair something in someone elses code
