Just an idea to get some disgruntled people off your back. Let the community give a stab at getting these issues worked out. It sure beats waiting for what we paid for.

An SDK and/or toolset for modding would be OK, too. If the tools worked as well as the ones do in Morrowind, we could fix the broken parts of the game without the source code. ;)

They will NEVER release the Source Code so you might as well forget about it!
Yeah well it doesnt hurt to try and who knows, maybe this will atleast get them to think about it.

Heuristic Park will more than likely use this engine as a base for their next game attempt. I highly doubt they will release the source code. I see them doing that only if they decide not to make anymore games. I would mainly like them to not make anymore "stinkers" and finish the programming before release.
