In 1.3 I had a fighter/mage and I think it wasw even in the sewer area that this happened.... The sowrd of flames dropped from a random loot chest.... I thought only elves could get this from the guy in arindale, is this sword now just another weapon (obviously since it dropped for me). If so at least take out the return sword of flame option...hmm I didn't try to return it I know before there was a bug with infinate gold if one tried to return it without having the quest....Dang I think I sold it to a shop alst time I played...
