Yes another thread about CD keys missing, I've seen that some people said they called support and received their keys via phone instantly, I've searched all over their website and the only # I can find is the one listed under the privacy policy. Can someone please post their support phone #

you SHOULD take a pic with ur NAME on a piece of paper beside ur cd/dvd when sending ur info.
I'am tired of these NO key threads,USE ur HEAD & make ur info/picture original.
Otherwise a new copy is fairly cheap IF u are a fan.
I know if i lost my key i'd buy the gold edition since it's 2 in 1 & i treasure this game above MOST FPS's.

Isn't that the one everyone's bitching about, with no CD key?

Are you stupid? Why would I buy another copy when the company made a mistake?? How would I know if I am a fan if I can't play the ******* game?? I already sent the email with the digital picture over 2 weeks ago with no response yet. Great solution there, thanks buddy.

You know, you're not required to read every thread in existence. If you're not interested in the woes of those who brought the Gold edition only to discover that it was unplayable, then there's plenty of other threads out there. Maybe your enormous intellect is capable of working out the problem by itself, but companies are notoriously **** when it comes to giving things like CD-keys away - and I know that I would put a thread up here asking if there's a specific place/person/format that I needed to use.
And as OS101 said, why should he buy a new copy? You've paid for a copy of the game (or at the very least a license to use it), so they're required to follow through on their end of the contract and deliver a working service. Not including the CD-key is pretty sodding stupid, in my opinion - the company I work for is only just gearing up for production runs, but we've already got in place checks and balances to ensure that this kind of idiocy does not happen. If its the case of the manufacturers, then they need to find a new manufacturer as soon as possible, because I'm willing to bet that a lot of people are just taking their CD-keyless copies of Painkiller back and exchanging it for a game that is actually playable.
I'm really, really impressed with the people who developed the censoring for this forum. Should I replace it with abdomen? :)

I'm going to call just to see what they say when I ask for a key, lol.
