Hey guys,
Funny how dead the community forums have gotten, ive been watching sense the game came out and im suprised on how many people played through the games and got bugs and some didnt and some did.
Tell you the truth, i had a couple bugs, but nothing noticeable till that **** guy in the doorwar at emmidors tower, its incredibly odd, how much work the game needs, now im not going to flame anyone and all this crap.
Just sayin, its amazing how dead the community got

Um... strange how slow these forums are and DC keeps them open! Anyhow, After playing through DL ten times in sp, got tired waiting around for a super patch. Am well into Gothic 2, and today found a $9.99 Dungeon Siege at Walmart!!

Well, there you go, GK! I kind'a like Dungeon SEIGE...but I generally play it "solo". I don't take any of the NPC's along to fight for me.
I'll let a few act as "mules" to help me carry all my stash, tho...

There ya go. You're discovering the better games now, but I would recommend the Dungeon Siege with Legend of Aranna. You get the original game and the addon all in the same box. Also, DS 2 will be out August 16th.
Dungeon Seige is fun for awhile... but it's about as passive a RPG as you'll ever see. There is nothing to do but guide your party and heal it... you are practically a spectator.
I guess this is great if you do not like micro-managing your party and just want to hack n slash or throw spells.
Another problem with this game is characters not doing what they are told... I can't count how many times my weaker magic users plowed head-long into a battle only to get killed... when I specified they remain outside to cast spells.
For $9.99 I would not complain... you will get your moneys worth.
