Can someone post there saved games so i can see the other ending? I dont have enough time to beat evvvverything and got all the cards, please post this?

Just go to Painkiller/Data/Movies directory in Windows Explorer and play "outro.bik".

What is a bik file? If those files are not converted for win32 system, how could one see them?

You need to have Bink player (RAD game tools)

im REALLY glad i didnt spend all that time for that crap outro, sorry guys, thats not worth spending THAT much time on. It wasnt even that great, it was just a sillohuete too.

I didn't care about the story, the game is just cool and i played 'Trauma' mode for the "Forest" level.
