Actually, since i know somebody will look at this...
Does anyone else have problems with the cemetery stain glass window?
It pops out of nowhere and looks bad, i'm on patch 1.61

Do you mean it will just suddenly appear? If so - I too see this. It is very obvious - BANG - there it is. I hit it with the 'killer' and have done with it heh heh

Caused by wrong zoning.

Actually, its caused by the translucent effect of the glass. I hex edited the map file to remove the translucency and it doesn't pop out of nowhere now. It looks a little less like a stained glass window though.

Why should cause the translucent effect this pop out of nowhere? But changing the name of the object could cause maybe the visibility? ( > lightning map comes now from standard name building because it'll miss the right one with _trans in the name)
There are many other objects with _trans and they don't pop out...
The only other thing... > the detail textures pop out in the right distance. Maybe there is the correlation?

I think the combination of the trans and the fog combined don't work together. It could have something to do with the detail texture for trans but this is the only place I have noticed this happen.
Turn the fog off and raise the FarClipDistance in the level and it doesn't have the problem. Its butt ugly though.
Raising the FarClipDistance isn't a fix by the way.

Oh, yes, you are right with the point fog and trans. I saw this in my own map. OK, not pop up and an _atest_object but a little bit visible some times through the fog if I'm on a higher "y" position than the object...
I didn't have a look on this stained glass window - but - for a window...this could be on the borderline of a zone. If there'd be a little mistake in the position after decimal points...??
