Hey, my friend and i are trying to play together but when he makes a game and i try to join it says i cant connect because i have to forward my Port to my NAT....what does this mean???

It generally means that you have to go into the firewall settings for your router and explicitly tell it to "forward" the 2606 port that the game tries to use.
If you're not using a router but have Windows XP, Service Pack 2, that has a firewall of its own that may need the same thing done to it. I have less experience with that, so can't really say.
