Big multiplayer bug? (anyone any idea)?

Hey,

When i try to play multiplayer with 2 new characters we never receive any quest in our log (after the letter has been given).
When we save the game and reload it...the letter is gone!

I've tried reinstalling it but it doesn't work. Does anyone has the same problem? Is this problem going to be adressed in the next patch?

Oh and something else that is also adressed in some other topics:

When we save and start to play again the game we load has the level we reached but the character i load always start from level one. Hower i do not notice that in th game outside for the fact that i've lost important things like: the first letter.

Apparently they've adopted the Ostrich Solution to this, and lots of other, problems.

Hmhmmm You load the game AND a character??? You should load game then click on char on the right not load a character, if that is truelly what you are doing, if not sorry for misreading...

when you load the game make sure to click the character you want to play in the right bracket so it moves over to the left bracket because the one in the left is the one you play.
