When i played BooH several months ago, the only problem in Orphange not to get damage was that flying nurse, it is not so hard to avoid those dead kids, but the nurese - the **** with her! It is impossible to avoid her flames! But somehow after 5 attempts i did it without being get hurt from her.

If she can't see you, she doesn't shoot. So always stay behind her and you will never get hurt.

There is only the school class room with a little bit action...the rest are easy "camping" methods

It was easy with Mercy and Ironwill, one time in the room with all the seats (school?) and twice in the last arena before the nurse ghost at the end.

The only tricking moment is in the place where the shotgun is. You have to be fast at the start of that room so the flying nurse wont shoot a fireball.
The room with those kids with big nose you can get on the teddybeer and they cant hurt you there.
Once you played the level a few times you know the places and the timings.

In reply to Varus, there is a camping spot in the school room, as well. You can jump into the corner behind the iron maidens.
Here's something I created while I was playing BooH, especially for "campers". I've published it before but it got lost when the forum moved to its new format.

behind the iron maidens.
...and the exploding, burning monsters can't hurt you?
I never thought this - that's why I've missed it. Wooops. :)

Every time I think I 'know' the game, someone pops up with a new take - this is one reason it has a permanent shortcut on my desktop, and why that linked page just got bookmarked.
Thanks, Greybeard!
