And you have installed DirectX9.0c?
And you don't use nVidia Firewall? (if so then you have to deinstall it)

Yes i've installed directx 9.0c and i dont have nvidia firewall.

I use 81.85 drivers for my GeForce FX 5600.

I can see the intro logos, but when the game start i see the text and i hear the sound but there is no more. I think, that's a problem whit the textures.

...I use 81.85 drivers for my GeForce FX 5600...
If you're still having issues, try downgrading your drivers. I know, every tech-help site says to "use latest drivers", and nVidia states that their drivers are backwards-compatible. However, this isn't always accurate - for example, I got my best benchmark results with my old Ti4200 128mb card using 44.03's, while nVidia recommended 45.23 (the card SUCKED using 53.06 drivers). I've built/modified a few systems for friends, and seen similar results (better performance with older drivers on older cards). Some of the issue seems to be whether the new drivers support a butt-load of features that the old card has never heard of (DX-9, pixel shader 3, etc - all the new gee-whiz stuff not available on older cards).

What I'm saying here is, using a driver version from the same 'era' as the card could possibly be a good thing.

Welcome to the boards!

Do we even know what video card he has...? The black screen could be related to an old card...

We do -

I use 81.85 drivers for my GeForce FX 5600.
Thus my comments about drivers.

Another thought about drivers - uninstalling old drivers incorrectly can mess with new driver installs. Using a driver cleaner is highly recommended. Go here and try this - http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=582

One thing we don't know are his in-game settings...

However that shouldn´t cause a black screen, rather slowdowns. I´m going to go with OS failure or overheating.
